Role
- Help build out the total rewards consulting arm of a big global consulting firm
- The role includes business development as well as delivery on projects
- You will conduct analyses and studies to advise clients n developing and administering effective compensation and benefits programmes in accordance with the organisation's reward strategy.
- You will determine the client's current remuneration market position, identify target markets and positions and establish the optimal mix of base salary, benefits and performance pay for employee packages.
- You will also help clients understand the workforce-s preferences regarding rewards
Requirements
- Previous experience in rewards consulting is a must
- Experience in non - cash rewards and employee wellness is a must
- At least 5 years of experience post full time MBA or 11 years of experience without an MBA
