Description :

Reporting to the Head of Manufacturing, the candidate will be responsible for :

- Taking care of contract manufacturing site operations

- Strategizing to improve plant productivity

- Actively participating in ensuring quality standards by closely working with the quality department

- Ensuring plant operations are at par with the world EHS standards & benchmarks

- Building a team of professionals to ensure optimum operations

- Handling complete manpower planning to ensure continuous operations

- Engaging in constant training & development of the staff

Profile :

The ideal candidate should :

- Be mechanical/chemical engineer with 7 to 12 years of experience in managing 3rd party contract manufacturing site

- Be experienced in pharma/FMCG industry, handling plant operations along with plant financial & budgeting

- Be adept at plant EHS & quality management

- Show good knowledge of compliance systems & benchmarking

- Be good at external & internal stakeholder management
