Managing Outbound Sales (Telesales) process with a team size of 15 to 20 Tele-callers. Responsible or attaining team sales target.
Achieve productivity per head count on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
Handel escalations. Mentor & Counsel team members on improving Quality & productivity.
Operational Management: Motivate Team, Managing the floor, adherence to schedule, address the technical queries raised by the team. Team Leave & Absenteeism Management.
Responsible to control - Attrition in the team.
Intra Team Conflict Management.
Making different reports on daily basis, Set up sales plan in order to archive sales target required by the company. Detailing sales action plan to ensure that the target will be achieved on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
Maintain & ensure regular submission of team progress reports to the Manager.
Initiate performance report for his/her team members required conducting appraisals.
Audit Calls & provide feedback. Provide daily/weekly/monthly feedback to the front line callers.
