7-8 years in the Technology consulting, project management in a TELCO or Bank
- Previous experience in an B2C company working with volumes of customer data or experience in Technology consulting working with TELCO or a Media company can be considered as well .
- Leads technology innovation and implementation for subscriber marketing team. Manage projects and collaborate with business owners and IT on key initiatives. Responsible for managing product launches, changes and technology CRs for marketing function.
- Mentors and evaluates small team of product configuration specialist and change request specialist. Manages solution development and delivery
2. Evaluates technical direction for development, design and system integration for key CRs along with IT team. Easily recognizes system deficiencies and implement effective solutions
3. Applies significant knowledge of industry trends and developments to improve marketing technology processes for Subscriber Marketing team
4. Liaise with IT for end to end solution rollout. Delivery of IT requirements within stipulated timelines with 100% accuracy
5. Cross functional co-ordination for timely delivery of business requirements and Timely Follow Ups. Analyzing systemic anomalies that may come due to system change / evolvement
6. Responsible for technology roadmap and implementation for analytics and commercial team. Manage new technology adoption (E.g. Visualization Self-Serve)
