Education : Graduate / Management - MBA & Diploma in T&D/CPLP
Knowledge Required : Technical training expertise/Instructional Design/Content creation/Measurement of training effectiveness
Skills / Competencies : Result Oriented, Proactive & knowledge of andragogy in technical training / E-Learning content creation
Principal Purpose of the Job :
- To facilitate the end to end training of entire technical work force and its business partners in line with the business requirements.
- This involves assessing the training needs, creation of content ,train the trainers, execution of training and measurement of effectiveness.
KRA :
- CPCM (Certificate Program in Cellsite Maintenance)
- IME(Integrated Maintenance Experts)
- Emotional Connect with technicians
- Creation and Maintenance of a Video Lab & library
- Content creation and revision for all ITTA courses
