Senior Manager - Technical Architect - IT

Job Title : Technical Architect

Designation : Sr. Manager - IT

Area of Responsibilities:

- Participate in process flow analysis and process redesign along with the Regional Client Engagement Manager.

- Produce a detailed technical design document to match customer requirements.

- Complete and co/implement a configuration workbook.

- Co-ordinate with the Technical writer to produce a technical specification for custom development and systems integration requirements.

Desired Skills and Experience

Skill Set:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent preferred.

- 8-10 years of technology solution architecture experience in Enterprise Applications

- Experience with CRM software (MS Dynamics)

- Experience with enterprise integration tools and extract, transformation and load (ETL) tools

- Should have hands-on expertise in some of the following technologies: MS .NET, SOAP, RESTful apis, MS Dynamics and related technologies (JSON, XML, etc), and Database technologies (MS SQL, PL/SQL, stored procedures)

- Should have participated in, and be familiar with, Agile (Scrum) project methodology and practices

- Proven Solutions consulting experience in large enterprises
