Skills Required : - Qualified Chartered Accountant having at least 10 years post qualification experience - Prior experience in analysis and preparation of consolidated financial statements - Knowledge of IFRS experience in consolidated financial reporting. Mastery competence proficiency level required including group consolidation, financial instruments, revenue recognition, etc. - Prior experience of complex group consolidation and audits - Experience of EPC oil and gas business is preferred Responsibilities : - Taking ownership of the Group's multi-currency consolidation process using Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud (- FCCS- ) - Leading all technical accounting and financial reporting matters with the operating and reporting segments within the Group - Preparation of bi-annual Group consolidated financial statements and preparation/review of subsidiary financial statements - Ensure that the Group's financial controls framework is design and operationally effective and includes leading SOX implementation for the Group
