Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced technologist with deep and extensive capability to develop and drive the upskilling agenda within the Technology function. The successful candidate will create and implement learning pathways for all Technology job families and roles, at scale, as part of the Tech Academy. Through owning and driving employee development, the successful will play a critical role in the overall success of Technology through capability building and development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and deliver the end-to-end implementation of the Tech Academy for all Technology job families and roles through broadening and deepening capabilities.

- Identify and develop exceptional learning offerings, pathways and learner experience to scale functional technology capabilities.

- Partner with stakeholders to co-create solutions aligned to business strategy and functional needs.

- Identify and work with external services providers, vendors, partners to ensure seamlessly implementation.

- Own and deliver the Tech Academy communication strategy.

- Facilitate hackathon sessions and events such as Technology Townhalls.

- Adopt a data-driven approach in demonstrating results and continuous improvement of learning solutions developed.

- Drive the periodic learning needs analysis process.

- Manage the Tech Academy budget independently.

Job Requirements:

- Minimum of 8 years' experience in a similar role, with relevant experience working in the Technology industry and/or domain. Proven expertise in implementing learning programs at scale for Technology is a must.

- Keeps up-to-date with technology trends, drivers and capabilities required for the future of work in Technology.

- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives with great attention to detail.

- Self-starter with a strong bias to driving results and outcomes.

- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

- Strong ability to work independently, be self-driven and work in ambiguity.
