Sr. Manager - Sales (B2C) - Team Lead

We are executing exciting assignment as Sales Leaders - Sr. Manager - B2C Sales for k-12 segment with India's No. 1 Ed-tech company for exams.

The locations are - Delhi/NCR, Kolkata, Lucknow, Jaipur and Dehradun.

What We Are Looking:

We are looking for high-performing Sales Leaders to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. As a Sr. Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading sales teams, maximizing sales team potential, crafting sales plans and ensuring adherence to the sales plans for your team.

Responsibilities:

- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.

- Own objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.

- Build and promote a strong team culture within the sales representatives ultimately resulting in an engaged and high performing sales team.

- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.

- Present sales, revenue and related reports to the management.

Requirements:

- Any graduate or post graduate or equivalent degree in business administration or a related field.

- 1-4 yrs of experience in managing sales team of more than 15 people in B2C, direct sales functions in Ecommerce; Telecom; Internet; FMCG industries etc.

- Successful previous experience as a sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.

- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.

- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.

- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

- Strong business sense and interpersonal skills.
