Senior Manager - Taxation - IT

One of the Multinational Companies requires Manager - Taxation to be located in Bangalore

1. India direct tax compliance including:

a. Computation and advice on advance tax payment;

b. Finalization of tax audit and tax return.

2. Tax litigation including:

a. Representation before the Income Tax Authorities, inter-alia, in connection with assessments, rectification, petitions under various provisions of the Income Tax Act.

b. Drafting Appeal Papers for submission to CIT (Appeals) and ITAT.

c. Settling Paper Book for submission to ITAT.

d. Drafting Written Submissions and Arguments for representation before the Appellate Authorities.

e. Rendering opinion to other teams on various aspects of taxation.
