Job Description :

- An opportunity to work with the market leaders in their space and spearhead their taxation function

- Looking for Chartered Accountants with 4 - 8 years of overall experience and 3- 5 years of experience in taxation

Client Details :

- Our client is an Alco - Bev giant and are leaders in the market. In addition to having the largest market share in their own space, they have also ventured into hospitality and imports and distribution of international alcobev and spirits.

- In a very short span they have created a brand for themselves and are looking to grow multifold in the next couple of years.

Description :

Reporting directly to the AVP - Corporate Finance, you will be responsible for :

- Managing all direct and indirect tax activities of the organization

- Computing Income Tax and Advance tax installment for the company

- Preparing and timely filing of Income Tax Return of the company and its subsidiaries

- Advising on various queries on Income Tax and TDS and leading tax Planning initiatives

- Appearing before AO and successful completion of Income Tax Assessment for the company and its subsidiaries

- Supervising of Service Tax payments, returns and appearing and ensuring clean Service tax audit

- Advising and implementing changes in processes due to GST

- Reviewing VAT return for states Maharashtra/Karnataka/Northern states before filing

- Provide support on various vat/sales tax/Central Sales Tax matters to sales admin and sales team working closely with the CFO

- Dealing with tax consultants and liasoning with concerned tax authorities

Profile :

- You are a Chartered Accountant and have 4 - 8 years of post-qualification experience with 3 - 5 years of experience in taxation. You have a clear understanding of Income Tax, VAT, Service Tax and a solid theoretical knowledge of key financial concepts.

- You have excellent communication and team building skills. You have an analytic mind and can advise and manage the stakeholders
