Senior Manager (CA) (Tax & Regulatory & Litigation)

Delhi Based candidate preferred.

5-8 years experience in CA firm

Can Manage team of 3-4 people(Assistant Manager/sr. Executive/ Artilcles

Technical Skills Required:

1) Direct Tax- IT Returns and Tax Audits(Individual/Firms/Companies/LLP), TDS, Advance Tax, SFT's and 15 CA/CB, Department visits Litigation.

2) Indirect tax- GST registrations, calculations and filling of returns, GST Audits, Refunds.

3) Regulatory/ROC- Filing of Annual Returns, MGT-7, AOC-4 etc., Director's-KYC, DPT-3, incorporation of companies.

- Good Client handling & team handling skills.

- posses excellent communication, problem solving and analytical skills.

- Use of Computax software & other software.
