Senior Manager - Tax - CA - FMCG/Mfg

Client: One of leading Cosmetic MNC based out at Mumbai

Position Title: - Senior Manager Tax (Direct & Indirect)

Reports to: - General Manager F&A

Location: Mumbai

Division: Finance

Department: Accounts & Tax

Key relationships: Team/ Business/ External Responsibilities:

Direct & Indirect Taxes - Accounting, Compliance, Reporting, Transfer Pricing, Reporting Litigation Support

Key Deliverables: Timely and accurate payment of all taxes, compliance, accounting & Reporting. Working knowledge of all appeal procedures, DRP, Tribunal etc. Single point of contact for Excise, Customs, VAT & WHT TP expert with knowledge of related developments & assessments

Team Size: 3-4 direct reportees

Education: Qualified CA (preferably 1st attempt)

Professional Experience: 8-12 years, with last 5 years leading and supervising a tax team in an MNC FMCG/Manufacturing sector

Key Competencies Subject Matter expert on Accounting / Internal Controls wit Tax

Efficient use of Reporting/ Use of financial systems (SAP)

Physical Demands (e.g. % 20% travel)
