NOTE : We are looking for CA Qualified candidates between (2006-2008) and this position is for Sr. Manager so please apply those candidates whose current designation is Manager or equivalent to Manager.

Job Description :

Experience in Tax Accounting with US Gaap :

- Oversees the quarterly reporting process including preparation of tax provisions

- Preparing/ supervise preparation of VAT returns

- Prepare/supervise preparation of Premium Tax Returns

- Collect and prepare information in relation to the filing of corporate tax returns for U.S. Australia, Switzerland, Ireland and UK.

- Process expenses, ensuring these are in line with the company policy, and ensure prompt payment is made.

- Assist in ad hoc report requests from within the Group

- Assist with managing & documenting process improvements for the Group.

- Recommends, implements, and enforces processes, policies, and controls to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations

- Selects, trains, and evaluates qualified personnel for the efficient operation of the function

- Working knowledge of Insurance Accounting including U.S. Statutory, U.S. GAAP and tax accounting and International Accounting Standards (U.K. GAAP or IFRS) helpful
