Job Description :
- Adopt a data-driven approach to Transformation and Workforce solutions for Global and Local clients
- Prepare client discussions to Evaluate multiple options, client engagement models, Gain insights from contextually relevant datasets and engage in - what if- business scenarios & see results immediately
- Engage with clients to understand their challenges, requirements, and concerns to determine the best OA solution
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets to develop business solutions
- Define data-backed people strategies to support business transformational programs
- Co-create solutions and assist clients in developing action plans
- Support Product Development and own the delivery of new OA products
- Build strong relationships with clients and foster business growth
- Contribute to T&O practice-building efforts such as recruiting, training, and attending community events
- Identify and help bring into the practice talented individuals both internally from as well as externally
- Discovering stakeholders- challenges and expectations and defining a Change Management strategy to support business transformational AI programs
- Leveraging social and digital technologies in change management and communications
- Working with various AI business stakeholders to drive digital transformation, culture change, behavior change, change adoption
- Supporting Change Measurement activities
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS :
- MBA/Master's degree MUST
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/ SKILLS :
- 12 to 15 years of experience in business data analysis and people management-related programs (workforce transformation, workforce, and talent strategy, change strategy, stakeholder assessment, change impact analysis, organization design, and business readiness)
- Data fluency and working knowledge of statistical methodologies
- Data interpretation with working knowledge of analytic models and digital tools
- Fluency in English is required, additional language capabilities are highly advantageous
- Ability to perform in a non-structured and dynamic environment
