Senior Manager - Talent Management & Special Projects
Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing talent strategies for the organization in line with business objectives
- Drive the implementation of talent management programs and initiatives to develop, and retain high- potential employees
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify talent needs and gaps within the organization, and develop and execute strategies to address them
- Contribute to the design and execution of succession planning initiatives to identify and develop future talent pipeline within the organization
- Conduct thorough research and analysis on talent management trends and best practices, translating insights into actionable recommendations
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of talent management programs, proactively identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary enhancements
- Present insights, reports, and data analysis in a concise, clear, and impactful manner to leaders and stakeholders, enabling data-driven decision-making
- Drive existing projects effectively with minimal guidance, taking ownership and ensuring timely and successful completion
