Role Specifications :
- Supporting design and deployment of initiatives in the areas of Talent Management and Organization Development (OD).
- Talent Management, Organisational Development, Diversity & Inclusion Projects must.
- Incumbent will partner with various stakeholders such as Human Resource Business Partners (HRBPs), Business Managers, High Potential employees and External partners.
- Support execution of TM & OD priorities, in partnership with all business Leaders and HRBP's.
- Drive key processes (deployment / change management) around Talent Review, Succession Planning, Performance Management, Organization Culture and Employee Engagement
- Build HR and organization capability in critical TM and OD areas
