As Senior Manager - Talent Management the incumbent will lead the talent management team for development of engagement, culture and retention strategies, assessing talent capabilities, developing and implementing new company policies, monitoring key people metrics and maintaining internal HR systems, processes and databases. The incumbent will guide the strategies, key initiatives and operational support for our employees based across the world. Responsibilities : - Understand clients business, products, and overall objectives and ensure alignment of talent management priorities with these - Partner proactively with leaders on org structure, workforce planning, and succession planning, support them to ensure their teams are successful in current context and help them prepare for future challenges and growth Manage teams across India, APAC, US and UK regions - Enable and mentor the team to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention - Maintain knowledge of employment legislative and regulatory requirements that can impact the organization - Ensure appropriate processes, systems, and policies are in place to enable good employee experience at a global level - Be accountable for metrics such as performance, process compliance, collaboration, attrition and similar metrics - Leading the team in implementing technology and tools to automate tasks and use data for reactive and proactive problem solving Requirements : - Post -Graduate with 8+ years of relevant work experience, including 5+ years in a managerial role Prior experience in HR Operations and Business Partner role - Comfort in a data-and metrics-driven environment employing analytics in decision making - Excellent Communication & Stakeholder management skills - Exposure to HR function in APAC / EU / US - Comfortable in an accelerated learning environment, ability to meet deadlines and deliver under pressure
