- The role holder will be responsible to work closely with the local and global teams of Business Partners and COEs to strategize and deliver the agendas of Talent Management, Attraction and Engagement pillars for India BU.

- MBA in HR from a premier B-School

- 3 - 5 years of Talent Management, Business Partnering Experience
