Senior Manager - Talent Management ( People & Organisation)
- Demonstrate broad experience in P&O fundamental disciplines (e.g. recruitment, employee relations, administration, P&O information systems, compensation, talent, training, transactions, strategy etc.)
- Oversee P&O service delivery to enhance business operational excellence, in line with global P&O strategy. Ensure business needs are reflected in the development and implementation of P&O plans with aligned deliverables
- Formulate country-specific P&O policies and procedures aligned with global P&O strategy, in collaboration with P&O Business Partnering and P&O functional teams with business-aligned deliverables/outcomes
- Coordinate country P&O initiatives and security agreement with management teams on implementation timelines. Ensure all formulated and agreed P&O activities are aligned with Group P&O's strategic plans
- Oversee daily management for overall P&O functional areas (e.g. recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, P&O information systems, training, talent, etc.)
- Formulate P&O operational directions outlining key performance metrics, a P&O tactical framework for operational excellence, in line with global P&O strategy
- Support P&O functional teams to determine overall P&O needs. Design, configure and test business requirements to enforce P&O policies, procedures, as well as local laws
- Design and execute clear processes for P&O functional teams and ensure delivery of accurate information to stakeholders
- Review periodical data/reports to provide validated P&O metrics and benchmarks for business decision making
- Provide both strategic and tactical leadership of the P&O functions for the Business Units within the management team
- Drive effective implementation and communication of P&O programs by providing visibility of key P&O milestones/progress to employees and management teams
- Drive continuous P&O improvement activities to provide innovative/efficient P&O services (e.g. processes, tools, and methodologies, etc.) complying with Group P&O's process and procedures
- Assist to manage P&O departmental operating targets and costs according to annual allocation to ensure efficient use of resources
