- The role will be focused on enabling a continuous learning culture in organizations, improving employee engagement, and coaching talent - Collaborate with various stakeholders such as the HR and Business managers to drive key people processes - Furthermore, partner with group leadership and HR leaders to lead the overhaul and integration of leadership competency frameworks - Design and introduce employee engagement initiatives - Design the global annual employee engagement survey to understand employee sentiments - The role would also include identifying hi-potentials, developing assessment centers, driving MT programs - Focus on leadership effectiveness, performance management, and succession planning - Help evolve the firm's culture by coaching leaders on the performance management philosophy and shared value - Should come with excellent interpersonal skill, energetic, proactive, agile, aggressive(can drive projects to closure) and a structured thought the process
