Sr Manager - Talent Management & Development (Lead HR) Organisation : Leading Telecom Service Provider Designation : Sr Manager Reporting To : DGM HR Area : Respective Circle - As a Lead - Talent Management, the person will facilitate the organization in transitioning from Talent Acquisition to Retention to Talent Management, linking the culture of the organization to business needs. - You will build a business- focused learning and development platform for employees to increase their value proposition and enable them to innovate and grow. You would lead the employee engagement charter for your region (Circle). Key Deliverables : - Lead the performance management cycle (PMS) right from KRA-setting, performance and leadership competency review, normalization and increment and promotion cycle. - Support development and application of guidelines, frameworks, toolkits and methodologies for a range of talent management initiatives/ programmes - Design and execute the employee engagement framework in line with Gallup engagement survey results - Execute career pathing & succession planning frameworks and systems - Build a culture of Reward and Recognition in the Organization, with adequate controls in place.
