Job Description :

- The Lead - Talent Management plays a pivotal role in overseeing and executing strategies related to talent assessment and development, retention, and engagement of talent within the organization.


- This position requires a combination of strategic thinking, leadership skills, and hands-on execution to ensure the company attracts, retains, and develops top-tier talent to drive business success.


Client Details:

A top tier Indian MNC Pharma organization, based in Mumbai

Description:

1. Performance Management:

- Develop and administer performance management processes, including goal setting,
performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms.

- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance-related matters,

coaching them to drive continuous improvement and goal attainment.


- Analyze performance data to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement, and

propose actionable recommendations.

2. Succession Planning and Talent Pipelining:

- Lead succession planning efforts to ensure the organization has a robust pipeline of talent for
key roles and future leadership positions.

- Identify high-potential employees and implement strategies for their development and

retention.

- Collaborate with senior leadership to forecast talent needs and develop long-term workforce

plans.


3. Talent Development and Training:

- Design, implement, and evaluate talent development programs aimed at enhancing employee
skills, capabilities, and career progression.

- Identify training needs through performance assessments, skill gap analyses, and feedback

mechanisms.

- Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver targeted training solutions and foster a culture


- Continuous learning and development.


4. Employee Engagement and Retention:

- Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention,

including recognition programs, employee surveys, and feedback mechanisms.

- Analyze turnover data to identify root causes and develop strategies for improving retention

rates.


- Foster a positive work environment that promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion, and

addresses employee concerns and grievances effectively.

Profile:

1. Masters' degree in Human Resources

2. Proven experience in talent management from Pharma or consulting background, of at least 7-8 years.


3. In-depth knowledge of talent development, employer branding and retention strategies, best

practices, and industry trends

4. Strong understanding of performance management processes, competency frameworks, and coaching techniques.

5. Exemplary interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and

influence stakeholders at all levels

6. Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into actionable HR initiatives


7. Analytical skills with proficiency in HR metrics and data analysis tools
