The value you deliver - Program manage Professional Development & Domain Learning (Business / industry specific learning), including evolving learning strategies and solutions to address needs - Create innovative learning solutions that enable competence building by partnering with relevant stakeholders - Work with vendors and other stakeholders to deliver programs to required needs and standards - Monitor learning effectiveness and analyze relevant metrics, working with the HR Operations team - Align with and leverage global programs for greater synergy - Develop strong relationships with stakeholders and partner in delivering programs/initiatives The skills that are key to this role The role involves elements of conceptualization, solution design, program management, stakeholder management, execution of programs and initiatives.
