Role Purpose
As a lead HR Analyst in the Human Resources Team, you will use data, research and analytical insights to both build new and improve existing processes and frameworks.
Qualification
- Full time Post Graduate in Human Resources from an premier institute.
- Relevant experience as HR business partner or HR Talent Analytics lead
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Excellent Communication & Relationship Building skills.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and high pace of working on data requirements.
- High customer orientation including prompt response to emails/queries.Interpersonal sensitivity, team player.
Tools & Software Knowledge
- SAP / Workday or similar platforms
- Power BI or R Studio
- Expert in MS Office (Specially XL & PPT) .
Responsibility :
- Working with internal eco-system to design and execute talent-related experiments, analyse data to help us improve People related processes and solve HR-related challenges creatively.
- Should be detail oriented, conscientious (always follows through on commitments), analytical and curious.
- The role requires exceptional problem-solving abilities.
- The role includes diagnostic skills, detail orientation, analysis, dashboarding and delivering business insights to the HR leadership team.
- Knowledge of BI and data visualization tools will be an added advantage.
- Play a pivotal role in designing, executing and measuring the effectiveness of global talent programs, which will include identifying issues, forming hypotheses and synthesizing conclusions into recommendations
- Develop and analyse various data points into meaningful and insightful outputs
- Communicate findings and recommendations on critical initiatives and influence leaders to act on those findings
- Present findings as report/studies to leadership team and support any data and reporting requirements
