1. Strategize and manage end to end selection and recruitment processes :

(i) Crafting the company's talent acquisition strategy

(ii) Responsible for the full spectrum of the hiring plan from identifying needs and shortlisting candidates to closing successful hires

(iii) Manage volume hiring for sales and marketing

(iv) Ensure that the processes are handles within cost budgets

(v) Track recruitment KPIs, like time to hire, source of hire and time to fill

(vi) Ensure proper documentation and quality generation of MIS - Explore potential hiring needs and build long-term recruitment and succession plans

2. Employer Branding :

(i) Oversee internal and external communication, making sure that our company maintains a positive reputation as an employer (for example on Glassdoor, LinkedIn and social media)

(ii) Boost the organization's brand and visibility by coordinating with key departments

(iii) Coordinate recruiting events to raise awareness of the company

3. Handle internal customer relationships effectively :

(i) Working closely with hiring managers to define needs and structure the recruitment plan

(ii) Manage sensitivity of information by balancing need for information and confidentiality

(iii) Ensure all internal customers are constantly committed and engaged in the selection process

(iv) Coordinate with internal customers for meetings and interviews
