- You will be expected to run the end to end recruitment initiatives covering the entire recruitment cycle from sourcing to Offer management.
- Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with hiring Managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
- Salary positioning, offer negotiation & timely closure of positions involving aggressive follow up with vendors, line manager & candidates.
- Provide market intelligence on talent landscape
- Track and leverage data reports and performance metrics
You should have:
- Past record of hiring for Tech & Non tech roles in a mid to large size organisation.
- Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem solving skills, critical thinking, and analytical mind set.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and being a part of deeply complex strategy discussions
