Job Responsibilities :

- Manage Mid to Senior level Talent Acquisition PAN India for key businesses

- Ensure consistent focus on Cost, Quality and closure TAT

- Senior stakeholder Management & Engagement

- Own accountability for Talent Acquisition Policies, frameworks & governance.

Skill set and experience required :

- 8 -12 years experience, mostly managing Mid to senior level hiring

- Conversant with building Talent acquisition Policies and frameworks

- Telecom domain experience mandatory

- Strong industry knowledge

- Able relationship building skills
