Duties &amp; responsibilities: - Engage with Sr business leadership (all COE heads and country and regional level) in addressing key recruitment challenges, developing the strategic approach for and leading initiatives in sourcing, assessment, and other areas to support all recruiting teams to drive large scale volume hiring - Stakeholder management: Key point of contact for hiring in the TECHNOLOGY VERTICAL, represent market insights to business and play a consultative role from talent market perspective - Process improvement: Streamline hiring process and implement steps to enhance efficiency - Determine current staffing needs for TECHNOLOGY VERTICAL India and production forecasts in consultation with the leadership team. Develop TECHNOLOGY VERTICAL specific talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans for the assigned business - Identify and create a sustainable talent pool, Creatively tap untapped resource pool, Lead efforts to attract competition talent. Effectively use social media to engage with talent pool - Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs - Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.) - Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience Supervise recruiting personnel - Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers or other events - Develop and implement methodologies for recruitment dashboards and supporting analytically-driven practices to optimize performance. Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement To apply you need to have: - Proven experience in end to end Tech talent acquisition in large IT companies - BE + MBA preferred - Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding - Understanding of all selection methods and techniques such as coding challenge, hackathon - Demonstrated abilities in building a strong recruitment channel partnership with talent hiring firms and reputed colleges for campus hiring. - Proficient in the use of social media and all the leading technical job portals - Flexibility in supporting the coordination of hiring activities for stakeholders spread across the globe for broad set of technical skillsets Demonstrated abilities in hiring across technologies covering a spectrum of functional areas listed below: - Data foundation and Governance (Enterprise Warehouse, MS-Azure Cloud data management, data quality and stewardship, Enterprise metadata management) - Enterprise systems ( PEGA, PeopleSoft, Workday, SharePoint, JIRA, Work front) - Business Intelligence ( Power BI, Tableau etc) - Enterprise Architecture, Analytics - Application Development ( .Net, Angular JS, React JS, Mobile App development) - Quality Assurance (Testing automation tools) &amp; Programme Management (Scrum master, Agile frameworks etc)
