Senior Manager- Talent Acquisition(Technology Hiring)

Main Responsibilities / Accountabilities :

Recruitment :

- Manage recruitment process for a Business Group. Must have hands-on experience in managing volume recruitment to ensure timely closure of mandates

Vendor Management :

- Develop and nurture good connects with vendor universe

- Should have handled multiple vendors / suppliers

- Able to motivate suppliers to drive numbers on a regular basis

- Bring about creative schemes to increase footfall using vendor channel

- New vendor development on a regular basis

Stakeholder Management :

- Be the face of recruitment team to internal and external stakeholders

- Able to resolve issues and bring solutions to complex situations

Team Management :

- Able to lead a team of Team leads and recruiters to drive high level of performance targets

- Motivate the team to achieve hiring numbers

Management Information Systems & Metrics :

- Should be able to create / supervise intuitive dashboards to represent performance of site / team on a regular basis

- Strong understanding of metrics and measures to achieve targets

- Define and implement a consistent Recruitment and Selection service delivery vision, and model / strategy, creating competitive advantage through effective and efficient Talent acquisition mechanisms.

- Craft employee value proposition and be a key driver as needed to maintain preferred employer status in a tight employment market so as to attract and retain best talent, across diverse (as well as evolving) Business and Role requirements.

- Ensuring that the requirements / specifications are communicated to and understood by the Recruitment team

- Design and establish hiring plans (includes right mix of sourcing and selection methodologies) that determine cost, productivity and timeliness of deliverables accounting for risk, manpower and market changes

- Manage internal relationships, advising the senior management teams across business lines and functions on recruitment responsibilities, escalations, policies and process updates.

- Understand the management requirements and accordingly build MIS to track, analyse and improve hiring efforts.

- Finalize skills assessments along with external agencies, drive employee referral schemes, hiring quality audits, budget and process compliance and other special projects.

- Review and establish appropriate processes, controls and checks for recruitment.

- Ensuring control and compliance mechanism on all recruitment related activities

- Partner with HR Generalists/Specialists on special initiatives, as required from time to time especially in the Talent Management arena and building retention programs

- Coach, guide and support team to achieve individual, team and department objectives.
