Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition - Tech Startup (4-8 yrs)
This is a Senior Manager role with a Tech Startup company. You will report into Director Talent Acqusition.
Working with HODs and gaining an understanding of different job functions and responsibilities
Working on multiple open roles across teams and ensuring that all hires are culture fit 'A' players
Implementation of the entire recruitment process from sourcing to day 1 onboarding
Recommend new ideas and help create hiring strategies that contribute to our long-term growth
Minimum of four years experience recruiting for mid-level and senior-level positions using both organic and inorganic channels
Thorough understanding of the tech start-up ecosystem
Experience working on niche IT and non-IT positions
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
Someone with 4 to 8 years of experience and a premier B school pass out will best fit into this role.
