Focus of the role : Strategizing and executing TA Strategy (leadership hiring, campus hiring, employer branding)
- Driving the full spectrum of recruiting and selection activities
- Creating and implementing talent acquisition strategies for leadership hiring
- Designing and driving the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience
- Partnering with leaders within the organization to track the ongoing hiring needs of their business
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging recruitment technologies, incorporating innovative approaches into our talent acquisition efforts.
Ideal candidate :
- Corporate experience mandatory, consultant experience will be added advantage
- Who can take decisions & set processes
- MBA in HR
