- Responsible for due diligence on receipt of manpower requisitions for all levels.
- Manage the sourcing mix such that it optimizes the sources of Recruitment.
- Build and maintain a competitive intelligence database to create a candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Partner with external vendors on recruitment needs and evaluate vendor effectiveness basis relevant recruitment metrics.
- Build partnerships across alumni networks, social media channels and other potential sources to cultivate a talent pool for lateral positions.
- Facilitate the on-boarding process with a focus on delivering a signature experience for the new hires.
- Responsible for managing promotions with the respective SPOCs.
- Develop a comprehensive Internship and Management Trainee program for post-hire.
- Deliver special projects involving Process Improvement for achieving Operational excellence.
Candidate Requirement:
Any graduate/PostGraduate with 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition. Experience of leadership hiring is an added advantage.
