- Run recruitment campaigns at various locations which are time and quality bound

- With deep interview techniques, capable of working independently & taking decisions, capable of closing offers for leadership hiring; bold personality who is capable of rejecting CV's

- Manage stakeholders

- Mature professional with right attitude for welcoming talent, lot of initiative, capable of innovating wrt talent management etc

- Should enjoy recruitment, have no generalist ambitions, started career in consultancy & now in Corporate; role is 80% recruitment
