We have opening for Senior Manager Talent Acquisition with leading Private Bank

Location - Mumbai

Experience - 5 -12 Years

Job Opening:

- To supply companies with the greatest people available, within allocated funds and time frames.

- Screening resumes and job applications; serving as a point of contact and cultivating influential candidate relationships throughout the selection process;

- Conducting interviews with candidates utilising a variety of trustworthy recruiting and selection tools/methods to narrow the pool of candidates on time;

- Evaluating applicants' relevant experience, knowledge, soft skills, and aptitudes;

- Regularly delivering analytical and meticulously documented recruiting reports to business heads and other stakeholders; collaborating with manpower consultants to map the talent market and ensure timely and high-quality service to business.

- To use unconventional hiring sources while keeping the appropriate sourcing mix in place.

- Ensuring hiring quality and compliance with internal policies and procedures strong applicant onboarding and pre-engagement.

- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices. Would also be involved in strategic projects depending upon requirement

- Promote company's reputation as "best place to work".

Requirement :

- A minimum of five years of work experience and an MBA with a focus on human resources are required.

- It is preferred that candidates have expertise in the service industry in talent acquisition roles.

- Excellent interpersonal skills are essential.

- One should also have good persuasive abilities and know how to finish tasks. One should feel at ease handling large amounts of data and be able to extract information from it.

- One should also feel at ease handling the operational and logistical difficulties that come with hiring and onboarding new employees.

- It is vital to possess both the ability to think clearly and simplify complicated processes.

- knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS), OR, and HR databases.
