- As a Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition, you will play a critical role in driving the recruitment strategy and ensuring the leadership, corporate and campus hiring to support the company's growth and objectives. You will lead a team of talented recruiters, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and contribute to the development and execution of innovative talent acquisition initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement the talent acquisition strategy aligned with the company's business goals.

- Provide leadership and guidance to the talent acquisition team, fostering a high-performance culture.

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters, ensuring their growth and success.

- Collaborate with team members to set clear goals, monitor performance, and provide constructive feedback.

- Design and optimize end-to-end recruitment processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and candidate experience.

- Utilize data and analytics to measure and improve key recruitment metrics.

- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to align recruitment efforts with business objectives.

- Contribute to the development and execution of employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

- Ensure a positive candidate experience that reflects the company's values and culture.

- Oversee the development and execution of comprehensive sourcing strategies to build a strong talent pipeline.

- Explore innovative sourcing methods to attract diverse and highly skilled candidates.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

- Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives in recruitment practices.

- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and other vendors.

- Negotiate contracts and monitor vendor performance.

- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of talent acquisition efforts.

- Provide regular reports and insights to leadership on recruitment activities and trends.
