- As a Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition, you will play a critical role in driving the recruitment strategy and ensuring the leadership, corporate and campus hiring to support the company's growth and objectives. You will lead a team of talented recruiters, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and contribute to the development and execution of innovative talent acquisition initiatives.

- Explore innovative sourcing methods to attract diverse and highly skilled candidates.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives in recruitment practices.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and other vendors.
- Negotiate contracts and monitor vendor performance.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of talent acquisition efforts.
