Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition - Non Tech - Looking from eCommerce/Internet/Startup/Tech/Product companies only
- Attract, develop & lead a purpose driven high performing engineering talent acquisition team
- Define, measure and analyze talent acquisition metrics to ensure thoughtful and data driven approach to hiring metrics and goals
- Partner with senior business leaders and executives to drive progress and strategy and to understand current and future workforce planning needs
- Provide expert insight and guidance to hiring managers to attract, select, onboard, a highly-skilled, diverse set of candidates
- Improve and optimize existing processes, policies, systems, and resources needed to scale and support the recruiting team and support company growth
- Empowering the recruiting team to act as strategic business partners to members of the engineering organization
- Ensuring that you and your team maintain a high level of data integrity with our applicant tracking and other systems
- Driving diversity initiatives for the company & executing on hiring goals
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of recruiting experience.
- 3+ years of experience in building, leading and developing a world-class recruiting team
- Strong experience in building critical recruiting capabilities
- Collaboration skills with the ability to influence with data at all levels of the organization
- Exceptional business partnering skills
- Dedication to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion with a passion to advocate for more inclusive approaches to hiring
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong process-orientation
