Job Profile:
- Candidate Should have 6-8 years of strong experience in Talent Acquisition and in developing and leading recruitment within a certain geography.
- Responsible for overall strategic talent acquisition and workforce planning.
- To develop and lead recruitment requirements of Organisation.
- Experience working in a team and being a good team player.
- Strong understanding of recruiting or sourcing processes and organization.
- strong understanding of recruiting profiles and tools used for the purpose.
- Development of recruitment plans, standardization of recruitment policies to achieve Business plans.
- Provide guidance and support on full range of HR activities
- Should have very good understanding of Market & Client
- Ability to handle at-least 12 - 15 Stakeholder offshore and onshore
- Ability to identify market opportunities, gaps and threats.
- Should have handled a team of at least 8- 10 people in career.
- Building relationships by frequent interaction and tie ups with stakeholder group.
