RESPONSIBILITES :
- Regularly partner and work with key business stakeholders and respective HRBPs on manpower planning, hiring requirements and recruitment process
- Ideate, implement and execute best in-class initiatives for sourcing, screening and interviewing processes to attract top talent to JioSaavn
- Streamline and standardize recruitment process to comply as per the audit requirements and industry best practices
- Maintain hiring dashboard and report KPIs like Hiring TAT, Hiring Costs, Source Efficiency, Conversion Ratios etc.
- Lead campus hiring initiatives for tech roles and management internships by partnering with top institutes and ensuring regular engagement
- Develop and maintain strong pipeline of potential candidates for critical business roles
- Drive employer branding initiatives on social media platforms like LinkedIn, Glassdoor etc to attract top candidates and position JioSaavn as preferred employer
