- Good experience in Handling Consultants/Campus recruitment etc

Reports to VP

- 10+ yrs exp

Prefer candidates with exposure in manufacturing

- You will be responsible for entire gamut talent acquisition, talent management of all the employees spread across manufacturing plants in India.

- Responsible for presenting the HR-MIS during the Management reviews and board meetings.

- Key member in Union negotiation and wage settlements.
