Senior Manager - TA
Job Description:
- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition to lead our company's recruitment efforts. As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective talent acquisition strategies to attract, assess, and hire top talent for our organization.
- This role requires a strong understanding of recruitment best practices, extensive experience in managing full-cycle recruitment processes, and the ability to lead a team of recruiters effectively.
Responsibilities:
Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Identify and utilize innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse and high-quality candidates.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to understand current and future talent needs.
Recruitment Process Management:
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
- Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
- Implement and utilize applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance, training, and support to maximize their performance and professional growth.
- Set clear performance objectives and metrics for the team and monitor progress regularly.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment that promotes teamwork and excellence.
Employer Branding and Candidate Experience:
- Develop and maintain the company's employer brand to attract top talent.
- Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Implement strategies to enhance candidate engagement and improve the overall recruitment experience.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize data and analytics to measure recruitment effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present regular reports on key recruitment metrics and trends to senior leadership.
- Make data-driven recommendations to optimize recruitment strategies and processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or a similar senior-level role.
- Extensive knowledge of talent acquisition best practices, sourcing techniques, and recruitment tools.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive recruitment strategies and decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
- In-depth understanding of employment laws and regulations.
