Job Description :
Manpower :
- Initiate, receive, validate & plan the requirement from business units. Understand and develop job descriptions in line with the delivery teams.
Campus Recruitment :
- Manage campus recruitment Pan India.
Sourcing Activities :
- Should be hands on all forms of new age sourcing tools. i.e. Social Media & job boards for Domestic and International requirements. Identify control and manage cost effective methodologies for sourcing.
Recruitment Cycle and Metrics :
- Adhering to set standards & process for recruitment cycle time/SLAs. Maintaining, presenting & defending metrics for sourcing & recruitment function.
Selection process :
- Owning & meeting business requirements for selecting skill based accurate candidates for all requirements. Offer discussion and finalization as per internal benchmarking of the organizations structure, bands and levels.
Team Handling :
- Train, Mentor & manage team of sourcing and recruitment specialists. Deliver through team as per SLAs set for sourcing and recruitment function.
Qualification : Any Graduate with a post Graduation in HR.
Experience : Minimum 10 Years in HR. Preferably from Non IT industry
