Job Description :
Roles and Responsibilities :
- To provide thought leadership to the Talent Acquisition domain
- Expected to look at hiring 3000 people this year.
- To define hiring strategies, cost effective hiring and capable of drawing strategic roadmap for business verticals
- Provide thought leadership to the business leaders and inculcate solution-oriented approach
- To assign goals and work closely with TA leads to achieve TA goals for each vertical
- Make ElasticRun the most preferred organization to work in India
- Prepare and review our annual recruitment budget
- Build strategic relations with vendors, job boards and HR software vendors to ensure Elastic run is most preferred partner for them
- Develop online and offline employer branding activities to attracts best possible talent across India
- Oversee responsible for all stages of candidate experience (including application, interviews, and communication)
- Work closely with the Founders to forecast and design hiring plan to fulfil aspirations of the organization
- Manage, train and evaluate Managers in the TA Team.
- Measure key recruitment metrics, like source of hire and time-to-hire
- Work with HRBP, Training and other teams in coordinating initiatives
- Will work with Sr Leaders in defining hiring methodologies and execute those methodologies
- Should have experience in using tech to drive and manage various TA processes
- Business Excellence, track various projects and run weekly and monthly reviews
- Organize review meetings with business leaders and drive the action items from those meetings
