Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies in partnership with HR Business Partners, Senior Business Leaders, and Hiring Managers. You will play a crucial role in anticipating talent needs, sourcing top-tier candidates, and managing the end-to-end hiring process. This position offers the opportunity to drive talent strategy within our organization and work closely with our International Talent Acquisition team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Senior Business Leaders, and Hiring Managers to develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.

- Proactively anticipate talent needs and develop sourcing plans to attract high-quality candidates.

- Conduct screening, interviewing, pre-selection, offer management, and hiring administration processes.

- Partner with International Talent Acquisition to drive talent strategy for the Market.

- Maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors as needed.

- Provide strategic inputs on recruitment processes and best practices.

- Stay updated on industry trends and implement innovative hiring techniques.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

Essential Skills/Experience:

- 10 to 15 years of experience in technology hiring.

- Demonstrated success in recruitment and stakeholder management across various functions.

- Proficiency in MS Office and ability to create executive-level presentations.

- Self-driven with the ability to work independently and complete tasks with limited supervision.

- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong focus on high-quality deliverables, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders across different geographies.

- Enterprising attitude and innovative mindset.

Desirable Skills/Experience:

- Experience working in a similar role in a global environment.

- Proven track record of implementing innovative hiring methods and strategies.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
