Primary responsibilities :
- Partnering with executives and staffing team to determine the current and future executive staffing needs aligned to future business priorities .
- Developing and executing on candidates generation strategies and building a pipeline of executive talent including the direct sourcing of candidates
- Qualifying/screening and interviewing prospective candidates-both external and internal
- Having strong market insight,performing detailed research,industry calibration,and reference checking.
- Effective identifying and partnering with external recruitment & search agencies on targeted searches where necessary
- Crafting,articulating and negotiating offers
Skills & Competencies :
- Proven success in building long term executive relationships with senior hiring managers and talented professionals
- Ability to understand and articulate stakeholders requirements,culture and other compatibility issues that are critical to making a successful hire
- Understand of executive compensation,compensation issues and ability to analyze compensation packages
- Strong process management,interpersonal,organizational,written,negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to communicate with and influence VPs and other senior leaders is essential
Qualification :
- BA/BS degree in business communication,HR or related discipline and/or equivalent work experience : 10+ years of related business experience with ideally a minimum of 5+ in executive search
- Good knowledge of technology is preferred
- Strong skills in Google Doc,Word,Excel,Power Point,Candidate Tracking System etc.is must
