Our client is a one of the leading multinational company {MNC} into business of Information Technology. Based in Singapore.

They are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Senior Manager Talent acquisition with excellent written and verbal communication to join their Mumbai Office team! As a Talent acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for planning, developing and implementing a new and productive Talent Acquisition strategy for the company.

Note: Candidates currently working in Information Technology companies or having Strong experience in Information technology hiring should apply.

Position: Senior Manager Talent acquisition.

Senior Manager. Talent acquisition duties and responsibilities:

1. Understanding the role in detail and create a strategy to build a healthy pipeline for the role

2. Identifying which mediums/methods/sources/channels would work best for the roles you are working for and not limited to the traditional job portals

3. Using technology and its advancements to create a proactive and ongoing talent pool

4. . Identifying bottlenecks in the selection process and partnering with you hiring manager on resolving those

5. Being a talent advisor to your stakeholders

6. Delivering a great customer satisfaction for both internal and external stakeholders like your candidates, leaders, hiring managers and peers

7. Focus on creating strategies and process that will deliver superior level of candidate experience

8. Driving operational excellence throughout the recruitment process

9. Work on projects that will impact cost, time and quality of hiring

10. Continuously learning about market trends and applying your learning's to the current processes.

11. Plan employee referral programs

12. Develop a sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies

13. Use sourcing methods for hard-to-fill roles

14. Find bottlenecks in the recruiting process

Senior Manager Talent acquisition requirements:

1. Minimum 8 to12 years of work experience either working for an Information Technology, Company Specialized in hiring across levels.

2. Strong experience in using search strings on various platforms and not limited to LinkedIn & Naukri.

3. Prior expertise on working with an ATS

4. Great prioritization skills and ability to juggle with multiple roles without impacting the priority and criticality of any of the mandates

5. Expertise in managing relationships through being solution oriented and high attention to detail

6. Excellent written and spoken communication Competencies required: Self-motivated, persistent, influence, negotiation, goal-oriented and organized.

Qualification required: MBA (HRD)

Job location: Mumbai.

CTC Offered: Up to 19 LPA.
