Title: Sr. Manager-TA  Qualification: MBA from reputed B School  Experience: 5-8years  Reports To: Head-HR  Key Responsibilities:  Talent Acquisition :  - Managing Complete Recruitment cycle for Entry Level, Middle-Level Positions across all Businesses and Functions, including conducting HR Interview, negotiating and generating offers.  - Ensure process adherence for TA and quality of hire  - Maintain battery of assessments for candidates for different positions.   - Managing the Campus Recruitment process for summer intern selection and final placements under the guidance of Head- HR.   Onboarding:   - SPOC for New Employee Onboarding Initiatives, Process.  - Planning Day 1 for new joiners in HO.  - Preparing the On-boarding plan for all HO new joiners and ensure Day 1 delight.  Performance Management:  - Monitor the Probationary Performance Management Process to ensure timely confirmation of successful Probationers and   - Involve seniors for required action on unsuccessful probationers.  Talent Assessment and Development:  - Assist Head HR in creating content for Assessment and Development Centers (ADC) for various Internal Job Postings; manage the ADC process and documentation.  HR Analytics:  - Lead monthly HR Dashboard creation by collating and analyzing performance on various HR performance parameters.
