Talent Acquisition (70%)
- Lead all initiatives towards attracting the very best talent in the market.
- Ensure the use of social media and utilization of the brand assets to support acquiring top talent.
- Partner with managers and chefs to draft, edit & update periodically the employee job descriptions
- Ensure execution of the Recruitment Strategy for greenfield projects & manufacturing and accountable for recruiting, interviewing, selection and hiring of new employees for all positions in the plants
- Monitoring of open positions in the sites and ensuring that recruitments are done as per TAT and Quality.
- Creation of alternative sources of manpower supply by strategic tie ups (ITI s , IHMs/Engr/Training Institutes etc.)
- Ensure smooth new employee on boarding into our program, to enhance employer brand.
- Lead Employer Brand initiatives as per hiring strategy; ability to use Linkedin, Facebook and other recruitment tools
- Be a process owner of Recruitment module in HR tool
HR Projects - Engagement & Development (30%)
- Support HRD in building roadmap and execution of HPeX programme
- Planning and delivery internal employee engagement plans and campaigns to further the engagement and diversity agenda
- Planning and driving the employee survey in the organisation end-to-end
- Presenting the highlights of the survey results to the leadership team for actioning.
- Planning the frequency and timelines for town hall and manage end-to-end, in collaboration with the HRD & MD
- Handle the employee newsletters and brand building
- Managing the cross-functional collaboration recognition programme
- Supporting on organizing wellness programs to enhance physical, mental and financial well-being of employees
- Manage end to end PMP process including communication and training; coaching Managers on handling PIPs
- Transformation of PMP to HR system and be the process owner
- Lead the IDP process for L3 and other key roles
