We are looking for stellar candidates with 3-7 years of extensive experience in Lateral Hiring, Campus Engagement & Employer Branding.
The job responsibilities include the following :
1. Strategize and manage end to end selection and recruitment processes :
- Crafting the company's talent acquisition strategy
- Responsible for the full spectrum of the hiring plan from identifying needs and shortlisting candidates to closing successful hires
- Define a selection methodology and drive it for all open positions in the business in accordance to management cadres
- Ensure that the processes are handles within cost budgets
- Track recruitment KPIs, like time to hire, source of hire and time to fill
- Ensure proper documentation and quality generation of MIS
- Explore potential hiring needs and build long-term recruitment and succession plans
- Research and consult on compensation and benefits
- Craft policies that support internal talent mobility
2. Employer Branding :
- Oversee internal and external communication, making sure that our company maintains a positive reputation as an employer (for example on Glassdoor, LinkedIn and social media)
- Boost the organization's brand and visibility by coordinating with key departments
- Coordinate recruiting events to raise awareness of the company
3. Ensure the right candidates are engaged throughout the recruitment, selection and induction processes :
- Research background of candidates and match it to current role requirements
- Organizing all communications with candidates
- Contact the candidates and impress upon them about the company and the role
- Handle the candidate and manage them throughout the selection process
4. Manage channels effectively and build relationships to maximise returns from each source
- Get the right mix of channels to source quality candidates
- Ensure that the channels are aligned to our organisation requirement
- Manage costs and drive on-time delivery at all times
- Manage relationships with the channels to maximise returns
- Adherence to timelines from vacancy trackers, Cost savings
5. Handle internal customer relationships effectively:
- Working closely with hiring managers to define needs and structure the recruitment plan
- Manage sensitivity of information by balancing need for information and confidentiality
- Ensure all internal customers are constantly committed and engaged in the selection process
- Coordinate with internal customers for meetings and interviews
6. Survey's and Feedback:
- Collating Service Tracker Feedback from New Joiners
- Collating Hiring Manager Feedback
- Feedback from Ex-Employees as part of Post Exit Surveys
7. Vendor Management:
- Coordinating with service providers on sourcing for assigned positions
- Coordinating with Service Providers for renewal of contracts
